Antalya Kumköy
The Project area of Antalya Kumköy is situated in Antalya Kundu, in the touristic villages' area, between the two brooks: Aksu and Acısu. The land that is surrounded by the two brooks and a natural forest, is only 1400 meters distant from the seaside. The Project area is only 14 km away from the Antalya Airport and 16 km away from the Antalya city center. Right next to the Project land, across the river, is situated the site of Kemer Group's brand new, super luxurious Project to be; "Port Kundu" which was inspired from Venice and projected with water canals.
The Project area is 3.000.000 m2 approximately, and it has entirely been predicted as of residential use in the 1/50.000 Territorial Overall Plans prepared by the Ministry of Housing and Public Works. When we look at the geographical characteristics of the area; besides its closeness to the seaside, it neighbors the Aksu and Acısu Brooks, and has a borderline with a large forest area which is situated on the front side. The area is characterized by a high natural diversity and richness, by an advantageous topographic structure and by a high quality of soil feature.
These characteristics are very important features to be used also for the development of projects for this area. The fact that it neighbors the Aksu and Acısu Brooks, gives it the possibility to become an attraction center, a touristic or residential place structured with water canals like Kemer Group Port Kundu that will be situated just across the river.
In the Project concepts developed for this area, the water carriage would also be an option for the transportation, and boats, yachts and similar water vehicles could be predicted besides the other transport systems. Besides these, for the connection to the sea, the options are numerous; co-using the Marina that will be built for Kemer Group Port Kundu, developing a Marina concept together with them or developing and building our own Marina separately.
Development and Zoning Plans have been made and approved for all the areas around our project area, and it is inevitable that they will very soon come to our Project area as well. Even though zoning will be a very important and positive factor for the value of the land, it will be more advantageous to propose a development with an original concept project, and proceed with the zoning according to it, to end up with a Special Development Plan.
